Access is arranged in advance
How we get in — you are home, a key, a code, a building office — is captured with your request, so the first visit is not the conversation about it.
Pets and off-limits areas
Tell us about pets, rooms to skip, alarm quirks or anything fragile when you submit the request. It reaches the crew with the job rather than being explained at the door.
Custom requests get a straight answer
If you need something outside the usual list, describe it. If it is not something we do well, we will say so rather than take the job and improvise.
